This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from The Joshua Project, including educational programs, digital content, physical products, and associated events or bundles. Our offerings aim to provide valuable insights into real estate investing, emphasizing that the content is for educational purposes and should not be viewed as financial advice.
General Terms:
All sales of digital products, including downloadable content, are final. Digital courses may qualify for a limited refund as outlined below.
Physical (“hard good”) products may qualify for a refund within the timeframes described below if returned in proper condition.
Participation in any program does not automatically grant access to other branded content or offerings unless explicitly included.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Hard Goods (Physical Products):
You must request a refund in writing by contacting [email protected].
Requests must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Returned items must be sent back immediately following the instructions provided by The Joshua Project after your request.
Items must be in like-new, resellable condition as determined by The Joshua Project in its sole discretion.
Upon approval, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Digital Products:
Digital product sales are non-refundable.
Requests related to refunds for digital products may be emailed to [email protected], but refunds will not be granted.
Digital Courses:
A purchase of a digital course is eligible for a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase if: You are within the 7-day rescission period; and No more than one (1) lesson has been viewed.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
If more than one lesson has been accessed, you forfeit your right to a refund.
Processing Timeline:
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your account, and your course or membership access will be disabled.
General Reminder:
